**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced **Team Leader **to join our Operations and Customer Service department within our Global Forwarding function based in Perth.

**As our Team Leader Operations and Customer Service you will**:

- Supervision of a small team of Operations & Customer service executives.
- First point of escalation for support for our valuable clients or our experienced team.
- Working to support our customers supply chain needs
- Finding solution to complex challenges
- Proactive updates to our customers to ensure they kept in form every step of the way
- Building and leveraging strong internal and external relationships
- Assisting with monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Supporting the implementation of new customers

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Global Freight Forwarding experience across air / sea freight forwarding documentation, domestic and interstate transport, customs, quarantine
- Cargowise and excel experience - desirable
- Strong job costing skills and understanding of business finance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Commercial acumen to be able to cross sell and increase existing share of wallet for our customers
