DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Freight Forwarder, Operations in Perth.

The position is responsible for liaising with customers & suppliers in an effective and timely manner whilst directing, compiling, and completing the necessary documentation within the operations team. This position is required to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Work together with Operations team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with DSV customers (internal and external), suppliers and service providers both locally and overseas.
- Communicate (verbal and written) with customers, suppliers, and other team members to obtain information or communicate issues.
- Ability to problem solve issues relating to information recorded on documents, calculations of costings and load size.
- Plan and prioritize shipments from the Workbench to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs and deadlines.
- Ability to problem operations issues with a range of stakeholders including but not to limited: airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders, and customers.

**About you**:

- The successful applicant must have industry experience in Freight Forwarding (air and or sea).
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- Experience using CargoWise One is preferred.
