**Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable /Payroll Administrator**

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Accounts Administrator will assist the financial team to manage all accounts and finance aspects of the company and group. This role is accountable for accurately processing of financial data, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Statutory Lodgements, Payroll, & Financial reporting functions. The role will receive training in all areas and will result in the successful applicant becoming a trained all-rounded accounts administrator.
The Job
- Purchase order & delivery docket processing
- Supplier invoice matching & processing through to payment
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Invoice generation & receivable management
- Cash management
- Payroll processing
- Statutory lodgement preparation (Superannuation, GST, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover)
- Coding audits & review
- Financial & operational reporting following predetermined templates
- Ad-hoc investigative tasks
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel & Microsoft products
- Understanding of XERO &/or MYOB
- Experience in the hospitality industry is favoured
- Must be “hands on” and willing to perform any task
- Shows critical thinking and initiative
- Process & outcome driven
- Strong professional work ethics
Burger Urge have extensive expansion plans in the coming 5 years and can offer you the chance to contribute to the growth. Supervisory roles will be created with growth & will be offered internally to existing staff where appropriate.
