**Business Optimisation & Continuous Improvement Specialist | Personal Injury | 18 Month Max Term Role | Sydney Based (Flexible)**

**You'll be responsible for**
- Undertake continuous improvement initiatives and projects utilising on improvement methodology and framework such as Lean Six Sigma.
- Facilitate workshops to understand customers' requirements and process flow, develop business case/ charter, identify problem/ opportunity statements, validate data with stakeholders, identify bottlenecks and analyse root causes, and propose solutions.
- Consult to assess viability of potential solutions to meet process improvement needs and quantify the opportunity.
- Design, implement and maintain data pipelines for process mining projects. Undertake analysis through Celonis.
- Develop and maintain data models that meet the requirements of process mining projects, translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Assist in implementing and delivering improvements including change management in collaboration with Project manager and other business units.
- Support the promotion of a continuous improvement culture across all areas of the business.
- Deliver on assigned projects as per the agreed scope and within timeframes.

**About you**
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully delivering process improvement projects within time, budget and resource constraints.
- Experience in a similar role within the Insurance/Personal Injury space would be desirable
- Experience using SQL and relational databases, as well as data modelling is essential.
- Solid knowledge of data extraction, transformation and loading.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and familiar with tools such as Power BI and Tableau is desirable.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns and trends.
- Highly developed problem solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind set.
- Excellent attention to detail, completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audience at all levels with clarity, impact and influence. Intermediate or above Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Previous experience in process mining projects or process mining tools such as Celonis is desirable.
