**About the Role**
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (Expr3ss) and recruitment trackers
- Support pre-employment checks, reference checks, and onboarding logistics
- Prepare recruitment metrics and contribute to reporting and data analysis
- Assist in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and external hiring events
- Identify process improvements and contribute to the optimisation of recruitment workflows
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
- Provide responsive support and guidance to hiring managers and internal stakeholders
**About You**
- Experience in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, policies, and compliance requirements
- Understanding of employment contracts, Awards/Enterprise Agreements, and Fair Work (or willingness to learn)
- Knowledge of the aged care or health care sector is desirable
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable)
