About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our newly established head office in Blair Athol, SA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone currently working in administration or customer service who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll be working alongside experienced recruitment and operations managers, supporting major construction and infrastructure projects across South Australia. This newly created role offers the chance to grow into a senior leadership position through dedication and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Recruitment and Operations Manager to fill blue-collar vacancies
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network
  • Develop and manage client relationships
  • Conduct pre-employment checks including interviews, reference checks, and qualification verification
  • Allocate and support field employees throughout their placements
  • Contribute to community-impact projects that drive meaningful change
