As a **Consultant, Personalisation**, you will
- Define, shape and execute personalisation programs in digital channels that drive sales, service and customer satisfaction goals
- Define and drive the experimentation roadmap for personalisation to deliver new concepts that drive strong customer engagement and conversion
- Conduct opportunity analysis using digital data and insights to identify new concepts and experiences to market
- Work with sales, product, marketing and technology to build personalisation capability to support scale and growth in delivering personalized experiences to customers
- Support new feature, product and offer launches to achieve sales, NPS and adoption targets
- Build out web experiences for optimisation and personalisation activities
- Deliver personalised experiences and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to drive product awareness, consideration and sales & service funnel conversion

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a similar in personalisation, data and analytics role
- Proven experience in product ownership and agile ways of working
- Knowledge of personalisation platforms and tools (such as Tealium, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) is highly valued
- Strong understanding and experience in personalisation, digital marketing and personalisation
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
