Dynelec is a long-established and reputable Electrical & Rotating Equipment service provider and manufacturer servicing the Mining, Industrial and Utilities sectors. A part of the Jones & Rickard Group, with sister company J&R Magnetics based in Sydney, the business is recognised by some of Australia's largest companies for the ability to solve complex problems and provide industrial solutions.
The Unanderra Dynelec facility specialises in the overhaul, design, manufacture, and repair of electrical control and distribution panels, with a particular expertise in IP rated / explosion proof equipment for Mining & Industrial environments.
**The Opportunity**
Opportunity to join the collaborative Finance & Administration team and to be a part of the continued growth and expansion of Dynelec. The company is enjoying an exciting period of strong growth in capability and expansion into new markets.
You work within a close team supporting accounts processes and payroll while also providing general administrative support. You contribute to multiple aspects of the organisation including new and improved system & procedure upgrades whilst playing an important role in maintaining efficient operations.
**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Finance & Administration Manager, you will have a variety of tasks to help support the day-to-day running of the administration team not limited to;
- Collaborate with workshop to complete purchase orders for customer orders.
- Processing of weekly payroll.
- Updating of company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintaining the current filing and database systems.
- Organising training and updating company databases.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.

- Previous experience in an administration position with capabilities and knowledge of accounts and payroll functions.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Able to multitask and prioritize your workload.
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on new tasks and support various departments when needed.
- Able to work both independently and within a small knit team.
- Competent working with a variety of business IT / computer systems, and any experience with Micronet systems or Lotus notes would be an advantage in the early stages of your role (not essential).
