This role is based in the growing the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) Change Team who provide change management expertise and advice to project teams, uplifting the maturity of the design and implementation of change management initiatives across the portfolio and creating greater visibility of the level and impact of change within and across the university.

**Why your Role Matters**
As a Change Analyst in the EPMO, your focus will be conducting analysis and developing recommendations for the effective design and implementation of change management plans to embed strategic and operational change.

Through change analysis and impact assessments, your work will be developing and implementing these change plans to promote business readiness activities and plans to ensure successful business user uptake and adoption, ensuring the embedment of new business ways of working. You’ll be working with change managers and project leads to minimise business disruption arising from stakeholder interactions by examining processes holistically to understand the impacts of change on people, strategy, systems, processes, and general business operations.
Day to day activities includes:

- Conducting change impact and stakeholder analysis, assessing outcomes and measuring business readiness to support successful deliverables.
- Working across the university consulting and collaborating with operational business groups to understand current and future state, and to ensure business requirements and processes are translated into documentation.
- Providing input and insights into change planning to ensure change management activities align with the needs of the business, identifying risks, mitigation strategies.
- Contribute in developing engagement strategies including designing communications plans for a coordinated communication approach across project teams.
- Manage the communication channels for the initiatives.
- Use different change management tools, activities and approaches to support leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and cultural assessment.

This role reporting to the Head of Change Management (EPMO) to ensure a cohesive change management experience at the University, adherence to the EPMO framework and Change Management Methodology.

**Skills and Experience**:You will hold a relevant qualification (such as Prosci), or equivalent level of knowledge, and experience in organisational change management (ideally in the higher education sector) alongside:

- Demonstrated experience with conducting change, change impact and stakeholder analysis.
- Experience in planning, developing and implementing change communications for all level of stakeholders.
- A strong analytical mind with proven capacity to critically evaluate information from various sources and translate and present for general understanding.
- Advanced skills in the use of standard office toolsets including word processors, video, spreadsheets, drawing/diagramming tools (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Viso).
- Strong time management, organisational skills and managing competing deadlines according to project timelines.
- Excellent relationship, negotiation and communication skills, comfortable liaising with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively on initiatives with a range of people at different levels within an organisation.
