11-month contract opportunity for a Change Analyst to support with a Digital Transformation Program
**Your new company**
You will be working for a large NSW Government Agency based in Parramatta, supporting a well-established Digital Transformation Program.
**Your new role**
As Change Analyst, you will be part of a project team of 40 people and will be directly reporting into the Senior Change Manager. You will be responsible for conducting detailed change impact assessments, communications, stakeholder engagement, developing training materials, and some adhoc admin duties (attending to a mailbox).
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be a well-seasoned Change Analyst who is hands-on and proactive. You will have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and will be experienced in engaging with different stakeholder groups. Ideally, you will be competent in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint. Having experience in video creation is highly desirable as you will be creating "how to" videos. Public Sector experience is preferred.
**What you'll get in return**
You will gain an 11-month contract with potential for extension and will earn up to $900 per day + super (depending on experience). You will be part of a supportive, diverse team and will enjoy a flexible working environment.
