FinXL is seeking a Change Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Banking client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support a major, customer-centric, business-focused change program
- Assist with customer journey mapping initiatives
- Collect data and document business process changes
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments
- Help internal teams adapt to new ways of working
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Change Analyst role
- Experience in business-focused change management
- Understanding of organisational structure change
- Experience managing people change relating to roles and responsibilities
- Background in banking or financial services
- Strong documentation and data collection skills
