This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 12-month contract paying up to $750/ Day + Super. This role is located in Sydney CBD/ WFH

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Change Analyst with a leading NSW Government agency. The Change Analyst will be responsible for supporting Change on Enterprise Portfolio initiatives, possibly multiple initiatives. This role supports the Change Manager in facilitating, influencing, and delivering end-to-end change initiatives to support the project within the desired project framework.

Key accountabilities include:

- Acts with guidance from Change Manager/Change Specialist or Principal, Change Practice. Continuous improvement of processes and documentation (policies, guidelines, systems ops, SOPs, system docs up to date).
- Support workshop planning and scoping for project planning.
- Support in creation of change approach for small scale initiatives. Deliver change adoption analysis to inform Change Reports, and compile Change reports in support of the change Manager where directed.
- Managing and monitoring the business impact, readiness assessment and transition plan execution.
- Support the capture of data and define and measure success metrics as defined by the Change Manager or Change Specialist.
- Develop strong relationships with representatives from Communications, Human resources, Customer Experience, and Learning.

**About You**
- 5+ years as a change Analyst
- Demonstrated ability to consider the implications of issues and provide considered and well researched options to internal stakeholders.
- Highly developed collaborative and partnering approach to stakeholder management.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
