About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation.

You'll be part of a collaborative change team, supporting the delivery of business-critical initiatives and helping to drive adoption and engagement across all levels of the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the design and execution of change management strategies and plans.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute to communication and engagement activities to support smooth transitions.
  • Assist in tracking adoption and measuring the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Identify risks, issues and resistance points, and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Coordinate change champion networks to promote collaboration and awareness.
  • Work closely with project and transformation teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in change management or project-related roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Sound understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications; ITIL certification highly regarded.
  • Experience working in large, complex organisations is desirable.
