We are looking for a motivated, driven and commercially-minded Specification Manager who will be our proactive front-line, connecting with key design stakeholders to increase our clients' specified jobs.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Proactively call new prospects In VIC (Architects) and undertake face-to-face visits
- Setting up design, product and CPD presentations with Architects and Interior Designers
- Tenaciously follow projects through the design or construction phase with a view to obtaining product specifications
- Make it easy for Architects and Interior Designers to specify the client's products
- Forensic follow-up of current opportunities in the pipeline and prospect
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with Architects and Interior Designers & being the key point of contact for all design related enquires and escalations with an aim to influence specifications
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development and specification selling
- Excellent communication skill
- Demonstrates energy, persistence, and a passion to meet personal and team targets
- Proactive client mindset
- Strong & fast-paced work ethic
- Punctual, Self-Driven & Self-Motivated
- Displays professionalism when dealing with the team and customers
- A clear understanding of CRM systems
- Assists in developing a flexible and collaborative team environment
