Are you a strategic leader with a passion for making a meaningful impact? Anglicare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Operations to join our Community and Mission division. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our operations and service delivery, ensuring alignment with our values and mission to transform lives.

About the Role

As the Head of Business Operations, you will report directly to the Chief Executive, Community and Mission, and lead a dedicated team of managers across Operations, Quality and Compliance, Disaster Recovery, and Retail. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster innovation, and ensure compliance across our growing network of service delivery locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Transformation Enablement: Lead strategic initiatives to reimagine service delivery models while aligning with Anglicare’s purpose and values.
- Leadership & Workforce Development: Inspire and build a values-aligned, capable workforce, ensuring succession planning and talent development.
- Service Delivery & Innovation: Oversee operational planning, drive innovation, and manage client experience in a dynamic market.
- Financial Management: Ensure operational and financial sustainability through effective resource management and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a client-oriented human services environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary strategies and deliver impactful outcomes.
