We are on a mission to be Australia’s best lender **What's the role?** We are looking for our office culture champion - the smiling, warm 'hello' every time our team enters the office and the person who can always help the team find the answer to their question. The right person will proactively lend a helping hand to solve a problem before it exists and answer a question before it's asked no matter who is asking, whether it's a new starter wondering what to expect on their first day or planning our social events. You will become the 'person in the know' - and have your finger on the pulse with everything happening at Plenti. To be successful in this role you will understand that in order for us to provide our customers with an incredible experience, we need to provide our team with an incredible and fun experience. This is an on-site permanent flexible part-time position (15.2) based in our Pirie Street Office. **What will you be doing?** - Provide office administrative support to our Adelaide team with no task too small for you to tackle, this might include: managing our grocery order for snacks and drinks in the office, tidying meeting rooms, cupboards and office desks, keeping all public use spaces tidy, engaging with our building manager about office facilities. These duties will be broad and shift over time. - Proactively looking for opportunities to continuously improve our working environment. - Organise and execute events and initiatives that are either companywide or as part of the Social & Responsibility Committee to create an incredible place to work such as: Company Townhalls, office lunches and volunteering days. - Coordinate and facilitate inductions for new starters on some of our company systemsAssist with some basic IT tasks including setting up laptops for new starters and ordering hardware - Ad-hoc administrative duties as set out by the People & Culture team **What will make you great in this role?** - You’re passionate about creating an incredible place to work - You're confident enough to speak to anyone - You're approachable enough that people will seek you out to ask questions - You thrive in an environment where you are required to create a structure for yourself and organise your day. - You’re not afraid to say it when you don’t know something and ask for advice when needed - You are able to use your influencing and negotiating skills when speaking with senior leaders - You have high attention to detail and great communication and organisational skills **What's life like at Plenti?** Working at Plenti means joining a team that is high-performing, diverse, customer-focused and collaborative.
