Chandler Macleod currently has numerous opportunities available at one of its major client sites in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs - a growing & successful meat manufacturer.

The roles are casual-ongoing positions with shift lengths being generally 8-10 hours in duration. All uniforms and PPE are provided on site and there are fantastic staff facilities.

To be considered for these opportunities, it is essential that you have a positive can-do attitude and have previous experience in the below:

- Cut/Trim meat from bone/side/carcasses
- General understanding of each cut of meat. For example: Ribs, Rump, Shoulders etc.
- Separating meat from fat around bones
- Must have 6 months minimum experience within the meat processing industry, in particular Beef and Pork Boning
- General knowledge of cleaning and sterilising work areas and equipment

You will need to be comfortable to work within all areas of the site and be comfortable to perform manual handing of products weighing up to 15-20kgs.

Applicants MUST be comfortable to work with all meat products - Beef, Pork and Lamb and be happy to work in a cool room for the duration of the shifts.
