Pacific Meat Sales is a leading meat processing establishment based in Thomastown. Pacific Meats produces brands such as Tara Valley Beef, Valenca Free Range Pork and Summer Hill Veal and Lamb. We provide our products to major and independent retailers, small goods manufacturers, wholesalers, food services and butcher shops across the country. We are currently looking for skilled Boners for our Beef Room.
- Monday to Friday only - Domestic beef boning room - Thomastown Area

**Responsibilities**:

- A strong team player
- Adherence and commitment to availability as per scheduled working hours
- Duties pertaining to the positions of a Boner including high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance procedures

**The successful applicant will posses the following skills**:

- Self
- driven and motivated
- Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have full working rights
- Own reliable transport to and from work
- Experienced butchers with an understanding of cutting lines and value adding welcomed.

We offer great rates, great hours of work and secure long term ongoing employment.

**Salary**: $28.40 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
