We are looking for detail-oriented Tour Administration Coordinator to join our team in helping to continue to set the benchmark in the travel industry.
**THE ROLE**
Based in our Cheltenham office in Melbourne, this role will report to the Product Manager and is responsible for providing excellent tour administration support for global destinations whilst ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service. You will be required to have a commitment to detail, flexible attitude in your approach to work and be prepared to take responsibility for and the ownership of the performance of your duties. The Department is required to work closely with the Product Teams, Reservations, Operations, Suppliers, and other key external and internal customers.
**Product Administration Assistant will work with the following activities**:
- Meet contractual deadlines for all products and destinations
- Ensure daily tasks are completed in accordance with contractual deadlines
- Issue daily reports
- Manage inboxes
- Monitor and review processes and suggest opportunities to make efficiency improvements for the benefit of the entire team
**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience working in Travel or Product advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Superb communication and organisation skills
- System knowledge of Polar Online with Odyssey and Oxygen a bonus
- Ability to manage multiple activities and demands at the same time
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Show initiative in assessing and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and teamwork
- Demonstrate strong teamwork while maintaining the ability to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
