The Project Coordinator sets up the estimate, purchase orders, contracts and the construction timetable for Aultun Group and its clients, and assists developing the overall construction strategy in conjunction with Project and Site Managers. It is not limited to the following:

- To take an active part in the construction process through all facets of the build, from design, delivery to maintenance.
- Taking all opportunities provided to learn the relevant skills to becoming an industry professional.
- Support the Project and Site Managers to co-ordinate trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production program.
- Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety when on site.
- Embrace change and explore new ways of working to help the continuous growth of the business
Engage, coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, builders, contractors, suppliers and project owners as required in conjunction with Project and Site Managers.
- Study architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to interpret site requirements.
- Create ‘Bill of Quantities’ in conjunction with Project Manager, which lists the individual components required to create purchase orders and contracts, validate quotations for construct the project.
- Assist Project Manager in selecting subcontractors and suppliers through the validation process.
- Provide briefings and explanations for the project team associated with the project;
- Check changes to design and assess the effects on cost and variation requirements.
- Assess and recommend payment to contractors during construction.
- Prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts for clients and tax depreciation schedules.
- Keeps and maintains records.
- The Project Coordinator will oversee the administrative duties of Aultun Group’s Projects.

Projects shall include but are not limited to apartments, homes, offices, stores and housing estates.
