**About the Role**:
This newly created position presents an exciting opportunity to use your HR skills to support our aged care homes throughout Victoria.

You will provide HR administrative support including recruitment and onboarding support whilst ensuring that HR best practice is maintained. This may include preparing employment offers, posting job ads, interviews, exit interviews and general HR administration and reporting.

As you will be working with a larger HR team, there will be opportunities for future career development into roles such as HR coordinator or HR manager.

**About Yourself**:

- Must be able to travel both locally and interstate
- Valid Driver's licence
- Experience working in an office environment with administrative duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Ability to work under time pressures
- Advanced computer and data entry skills
- Valid working rights in Australia, a valid police check and current COVID vaccinations
- Experience in HR or aged care/healthcare administration (desirable)
- HR qualification or equivalent or working towards (desirable)
- Active participation in identifying and solving problems (desirable)
