Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable travel experiences? We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager with knowledge of river cruising and experience designing group tours in Europe. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for developing and scheduling unique experiences to give our product a competitive advantage and managing key relationships with internal stakeholders to optimise sales of the product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative group tour itineraries across Europe, ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and manage logistics, inventory, pricing, promotions and marketing, ensuring we achieve our profitable revenue objectives
- Conduct market research to stay informed about travel trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
- Support with procurement of hotels and services
- Analyse performance metrics and customer feedback to continually optimise and refine tour offerings.
- Lead and develop a small product team

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in product management within the travel industry, with a focus on designing group tours and river cruising.
- In-depth knowledge of European destinations, cultural nuances, and attractions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for travel and a keen understanding of the Australian market's preferences.
