**Carplace**is seeking a talented **Junior Reconditioning Coordinator** join our team

If you have a passion for inspecting preowned vehicles to the highest standards and possess exceptional diagnostic and reconditioning skills, this role is perfect for you

**The Role**
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Reconditioning department including but not limited to:

- Liaising with a team of reconditioning technicians, detailers, and support staff.
- Following the reconditioning process for all used vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle meets or exceeds our established quality standards.
- Working alongside the Recon management team to optimise the reconditioning workflow to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested by management.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Hold a valid C Class Drivers Licence.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work with a small team and foster a positive work environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Must have valid Australian working rights as this is a permanent position based in WA
