We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team within the Federal Government Department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Remote troubleshooting and resolving technical issues supporting project migration and service integration
Provide dedicated support to the end users in the roll out
Collaborating with other vendors and service providers
