**The Learning & Design Consultant** is part of our Workplace Risk Education & Training team who provide client advice, learning and education content and services.

Learning & Design Consultant
We are looking for someone who is excited by design, developing content and is technically savvy but interested and able to communicate design methodology with our clients. In this role you will create, design, provide bespoke workplace education and training content covering health, wellbeing, safety and people topics direct to clients. This includes:

- Design and develop off-the-shelf L&D content
- eLearning modules; mixed media learning solutions
- coordinate webinar based learning courses and workshops
- gap analysis, surveying and discovery processes
- policy, procedure, strategy, resources, guidelines/workplace documentation

**What you will bring to the role**
You are a strong technical designer who can show case your creative and innovative portfolio of works. You are an experienced L&D designer, consultant or multimedia professional with a strong online learning design capability. You are creative but able to disseminate technical information and communicate that clearly and effectively with our clients. If have a passion for design, innovation and consulting, we would like to hear from you.
- Expert capabilities in online learning programs (eLearn, LMS, software editing, design programs)
- Engaging, adaptable and interactive presentation, facilitation skills
- Strong communications and stakeholder management with preference for experience in client facing role
- Previous experience in the development of content relevant to workplace health, wellbeing, safety and people management
