Our AIT Domestic division is seeking a motivated Learning Consultant (AIT) who is passionate about connecting with people and supporting our future students throughout their enrolment journey.
The Learning Consultant (AIT) would make both inbound and outbound calls to prospective students. We love to discover what our students are passionate about and share our brand ethos for AIT & Coder Academy. You will be motivated to work autonomously, utilising Hubspot CRM with excellence to assist in managing your pipeline and driving future business growth. You will be able to collaborate with the Student Enrolment and Marketing Team throughout all industry events and collaborations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
SALES / RECRUITMENT
Manage and support domestic students through the enrolment journey from initial enquiry to arrival on campus.
Domestic sales and prospective student lead nurturing, including prioritising and following up on leads from our LiveChat, website, social channels and our marketing automation system (HubSpot).
Actively build relationships via different communication channels (face-to-face, email, phone, etc.)
Advise students on the study options within the AIT and Coder Academy Domestic portfolio.
Identify trends and provide feedback opportunities to the marketing and sales team.
Establish and maintain detailed information on our Marketing and Sales CRM system (HubSpot).
Work closely with Marketing and utilise analytics and reporting to track lead behaviours and implement best practices to guide customers through the Marketing and Sales funnels.
Work closely with Student Services to ensure a smooth onboarding of new students.
EVENTS
Participate in the development and execution of major external and internal events, including public exhibitions, high school career info nights, industry events, open days, award nights, and online sales webinars.
Ensure appropriate awareness is raised – internally and externally about each event.
Deliver effective follow-up on all event leads.
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Online / Education Sales – Inbound & Outbound
Consultative sales approach
CRM data entry experience
Advanced written and verbal proficiency
A resilient & 'can-do' attitude
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and to work collaboratively in project environments.
Valid work rights in Australia are required for this position
