**The Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to join our organisation operating in the Medical and Health Industry. Our clients are focused on providing quality healthcare to all Australians, and place people at the forefront of their values. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, with a competitive salary package and bonus structure.

The successful applicant will be managing a high performing recruitment and sales team, and be responsible for motivating and driving the execution of campaigns.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the recruitment team in achieiving financial goals, by managing workflow and following up on live leads and opportunities.
- Improve team effectiveness through one-on-ones and group training and development.
- Provide reports on campaigns, leads and opportunity progression to the Chief Business Development Office and/or Chief Executive Officer.

**Skills and Requirements**
- Around 10 years'+ experience in a similar leadership role in a Sales environment
- Experience leading a high performing team of sales people
- Ability to frequently travel interstate for conferences, trade shows and events
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical, Health or Medical Industry is highly regarded
