**The Opportunity**

Our **Brisbane or Perth Branch** has an exciting opportunity for **Technical Product Owner** to join the Hitachi team. Reporting to the AHS Product Owner the role is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. This role is also accountable for effective Product Backlog management, which includes:

- Developing and communicating the Product Goals
- Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items
- Integrate HCM, Wenco and other 3rd party development teams Product backlogs
- Ordering Product Backlog items
- Identifying feature value through data analysis
- Identifying product performance through value driver analysis

Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood. The Technical Product Owner may do the above work or may delegate the responsibility to others. regardless, the Product Owner remains accountable to the AHS product Owner.

**To be successful in this role you must have the following**:

- Experienced in supporting software deployments
- Experience with the development and execution of operational tests
- Experience with data analysis or Business intelligence tools
- Hands on experience with the use of scripting to automate tasks About You
- 5+ years in mining operations in a Mine Supervisor (or equivalent) role
- 3+ years working with Product Teams / System Integrators on mining solutions
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written) at executive, client and technical levels
- Familiar with Agile Product Management practices (e.g. Roadmaps, Feature Elaboration, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, etc)
