**Responsibilities**:

We're passionate about building the future of banking and are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our team.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be working with stakeholders around the Alex business to drive the design and ongoing development of our digital platforms. You will balance priorities between the needs of customers, technology and the business to assure the ongoing quality and performance of our digital products.

**You will**:

- Work with designers, engineers, agencies and partners to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate across teams to ensure detailed business, functional and technical requirements are captured and appropriately prioritised
- Lead the development of customer journey maps in collaboration with UX and UI designers
- Report on the progress of key objectives and metrics
- Prepare data modelling and visualisation and be able to organise and present information at scale
- Be comfortable working in an agile environment
- Research relevant techniques and methodologies to deliver on the Alex brand promises of fast, simple, fair and human

**About you**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in a product manager/owner or business analyst role, ideally with at least 2 years’ experience in the Banking / Finance domain
- Enjoy working with business stakeholders, developers, architects, designers and product managers to develop a shared set of agreed upon requirements
- Experience working with technical documentation (e.g. APIs, system integrations, etc.)
- Experience developing customer journey maps, process optimisation and process improvement
- Experience collating, manipulating and analysing data for the purpose of reporting on objectives and key success metrics

- Working in a customer experience focused team / environment
- Working with remote teams
- Working with cloud based platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
