Someone who knows how to guide teams and clients through complexity without losing sight of what's important: building software that works beautifully, delivers real value, and meets the Moonward Standard.

This isn't just about getting projects done. It's about helping teams do their best work, removing blockers before they slow us down, and keeping trust at the heart of delivery.


What You'll Do

Lead with clarity and trust

  • Facilitate and guide client meetings - planning sessions, retrospectives, and value-pointing - to keep everyone aligned and focused.
  • Act as the go-to connection between clients and teams, ensuring transparent communication and shared understanding.

Drive delivery forward

  • Take full ownership of your product's delivery, making sure milestones, timelines, and quality benchmarks are hit.
  • Spot risks and blockers early, and keep the path clear so teams can move fast without cutting corners.

Support the team

  • Work closely with two Devign teams (Two Frontend Developers + One Backend Developer), building positive momentum and trust.
  • Keep focus on value and outcomes by refining workflows and helping teams prioritise what matters most.

Champion quality

  • Collaborate with design and development to raise the bar on what "great" looks like.
  • Work with our dedicated QA Tester to push the limits.

Shape the future

  • Own and manage the product backlog, shaping features with clients and stakeholders that align with goals and vision.
  • Translate big ideas into clear user stories, epics, and tasks alongside the Scrum Master and development teams.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or QA Lead in an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance — from test strategies to defect management.
  • Comfortable with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and integrating QA into sprints.
  • A natural communicator who can make the technical simple and the complex clear.
  • Experienced with QA and product management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Postman, Trello, Asana).
  • Detail-focused problem solver with a genuine passion for building high-quality software.
  • Technical background a bonus, but not essential.
