**About the Company**:
This organisation is revolutionising the mining and safety industries, by providing innovative equipment and software products that increase and support productivity and ensure safety throughout the mining process. Born in Queensland, they have successfully established a global presence and are experiencing continued growth. They are now looking for a Product Owner with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies a high level of stakeholder management skills to work across one of the software product offerings, and drive its success.

**About the Role**:
As Product Owner, you will work closely with the Development team, acting as the translator between Developers and internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs and technical requirements, and ensure you are solving the right problems, the right way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop product roadmaps and feature sets that are aligned to product strategy.
- Articulate product requirements that can be effectively utilised by Engineering for delivery.
- Monitor product outcomes, discover variances, and propose necessary actions.
- Demonstrate execution excellence in Agile methodology and actively participate and facilitate in ceremonies
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet a complex set of business requirements
- Some travel required, with visits to mine sites along with UX/UI Designers to gather customer feedback on wireframes/prototypes
- Create users stories for development sprints
- Facilitate in backlog refinement activities

**About You**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a Product Owner role, with mining domain experience desirable
- A high level of experience and understanding of Agile methodology
- Experience working in a Scrum team as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
- An effective communicator, keeping in touch with the development team and internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing priorities between customer needs, team velocity, user experience, and internal stakeholder requirements.
- You are outcome-driven and are relentlessly passionate about Product Ownership, delivery and / or discovery.
