**About the Role**
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk policies, using technical expertise to enhance client care.
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, including injured workers and employers, to foster collaboration and support.
- Lead and inspire a team by coaching, mentoring, and developing their skills in negotiation, customer service, case management, and technical expertise.
- Step in as an escalation point to resolve complex issues or complaints, using strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and provide solutions.
- Monitor and ensure that all procedures meet Allianz standards, Code of Practice, and regulatory requirements, while achieving service excellence.
**About you**
- Experience in Retail or Group Life Insurance and a deep understanding of general claims management principles.
- Skilled in making both independent and collaborative decisions, taking responsibility for the outcomes in all situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in every task.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Naturally empathetic with a strong focus on customer service, able to interpret complex information and take appropriate action. Tertiary qualifications in fields like Legal, Allied Health, or Rehabilitation are highly valued.
