**Change and Transition Manager, Clerk Grade 9/10, Wollongong**
- Work in a volunteer-based agency supporting communities of NSW
- Full time temporary role until 30 June 2025
- Location: Based in Wollongong, with flexible working arrangements available

**About the opportunity**

Lead the design and delivery of impactful change initiatives as the NSW SES enhances its operational systems. In this hands-on role, you will work within a cross-functional team to develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring that future and current systems meet the needs of our Members. This is a key role within a strategic program, offering the opportunity to shape your impact and drive meaningful change across the organisation.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Extensive experience in change management. A strong background in managing change, particularly within ICT environments or large-scale projects, demonstrating a proven track record of success
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and support for change initiatives
- Experience in leading virtual and face-to-face engagements. Proven capability in managing both virtual and in-person engagements, with strong facilitation skills to lead diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience in creating of high-quality change artefacts. Ability to produce comprehensive, clear, and impactful change artefacts (e.g., plans, reports, communications), ensuring clarity and stakeholder understanding throughout the change process
