**About the opportunity**

Lead the design and delivery of impactful change initiatives as the NSW SES enhances its operational systems. In this hands-on role, you will work within a cross-functional team to develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring that future and current systems meet the needs of our Members. This is a key role within a strategic program, offering the opportunity to shape your impact and drive meaningful change across the organisation.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have extensive experience in change management, particularly within ICT or large-scale projects.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver successful change initiatives.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
