With a network of state of the art hospitals across Australia, including North Ryde, Central Coast, Adelaide, and Western Sydney, as well as two new hospitals opening in Alexandria and Perth, we proudly provide exceptional care to over 40,000 pets and their families each year. As a People & Culture Partner, you'll have the incredible opportunity to collaborate with diverse leaders and stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support to build a culture that thrives on inclusivity and excellence in animal healthcare.

You will be part of a small, dynamic and collaborative people and culture team, where we all work together to find solutions and deliver the best advice and support to our stakeholders. You will be based at one or more of our hospitals in the Sydney metro area and will be responsible for the people and culture partnering at these locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and partner leader on people & culture components including remuneration, benefits, policies, performance management, organisation design and workplace planning
- Build leadership capability in your stakeholder group by coaching, guiding and partnering leaders
- Drive people & culture initiatives across culture, engagement and capability
- Support other people & culture functions such as talent acquisition, people connect and workplace health and safety
- Role model SASH values, behaviours and culture
- Support change management initiatives as required

**About You**:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for continuous improvement and making SASH a great place to work. You should have at least 18 months of experience in a similar role, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to change and prioritise multiple tasks. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business would be a plus.
