**About the opportunity**
We are currently seeking an experienced **People and Culture Partner **to join our growing team at our **Moran Head Office. **You will work with a wonderful team of dedicated people and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.
The People and Culture Partner partners closely with key designated partner homes to maximise the organisation's human capital, through implementation of its objectives. The People and Culture Partner works collaboratively with Managers and Senior Management to develop and deliver initiatives and programs to support the achievement of best People and Culture initiatives ensuring alignment and delivery of Moran Health Care Group (MHCG) strategic priorities.
The People and Culture Partner provides guidance to each Moran Home General Manager, supporting them to make sound HR decisions in order to ensure the MHCG vision and values are at the forefront of decision making and policies and procedures, legislations and industrial agreements are complied with.

**About the Role**
- Providing advice and support to managers and employees on work conditions, Enterprise agreement and contracts
- Providing advice and support to managers and employees in relation to disciplinary matters and ensure correct HR procedures are adhered to.
- Providing assistance to managers in respect of employee performance improvement / management and assist in drafting and preparing letters of performance improvement, performance management and terminations.
- Responsible for the new employee placements and onboarding
- HR reporting, WHS, HR systems
**About You**
- Tertiary qualification including Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to best practice activities in human resources discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and HRIS systems
- Well organised and key attention to detail
- Open ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and ability to drive to sites
- Current influenza vaccination and Covid vaccinations as per Government direction
