Ideagen are one of the world's fastest growing software companies, and we are extremely excited to be recruiting for a People & Culture Partner to join our Australian HQ in Sydney

Working in collaboration with the Head of People for APAC, you will actively support stakeholders in the delivery of People solutions and experience, provide first line advice where required. You will ensure employment practices are carried out within the National Employment Standards, awards and other legislation.

Ideagen specialise in Audit, Risk and Compliance Software, working within heavily regulated industries such as Aerospace, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Financial Services. We currently work across six locations globally with just over 1000 employees

**The Role & Responsibilities (however not limited to)**:

- ** Benefits Administration & Employee Relations**:

- Overseeing the benefits administration from selection to enrolment and liaising with external benefit providers to address employer queries on services
- ** Performance Management** - supporting Line managers with the OKR process where required; supporting Line managers on performance management initiatives to ensure we have a workforce with the right skills, attitude and potential
- ** Engagement** - Designing communication plans which positively impact the employee experience. Ensure our approaches to communications provide all employees with a voice
- ** Talent Management & People Development** - Embed a culture of coaching amongst managers to deliver outcomes. Supporting managers with training needs identification and work collaboratively with the central Talent development team and the Head of People to devise solutions to gaps in learning

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Solid experience within a HR or People Partner role together with a HR qualification or working towards qualification
- HR Administrative experience
- Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Experiencing of working on multiple tasks, being able to manage busy workloads, prioritizing accordingly and meeting deadlines
