With expertise in international logistics, they specialize in efficiently managing shipments across the globe. Their priority is to ensure swift and reliable delivery to any destination, providing peace of mind for their clients. **Your New Role - Export Coordinator** The Export Coordinator is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following: - Liaising with customers and overseas offices to coordinate import inquiries and shipments - Liaising with Clients, Carriers, and our over sea's partners - Deliver Exceptional Customer Service to our Clients - Coordinate FAK containers, Including but not limited to Co-Ordination of Bookings, Dangerous Goods, Container Packing, and wharf Delivery - Client Invoicing - Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs - Quote Rates - Participating in general office and warehouse tasks as required **What you'll need to succeed** - Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position - A "can do" attitude - Ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment is essential - Have a current driver's license and own transport - Export Coordinator Experience - Experience with CargoWise 1 will be an advantage, however not essential - Strong problem-solving skills - Confident in conflict resolution - Advanced negotiation and relationship skills - High-level customer service skills - Positive and professional attitude - Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite - High attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills **What you'll get in return** - A brilliant career opportunity within the freight forwarding space where you will work in a mentoring and supportive environment with a collaborative operational team. - Your salary will be highly competitive, and you will be able to own the role at hand. **What you need to do now** If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion
