**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Provide an effective and efficient client enquiry service for both internal and external clients in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable and debt management.
- Organising payment plans, proactively seeking remediation of outstanding debt.
- Maintaining account information by determining and enacting appropriate action.
- Reconciliation of payments and refunds, and maintaining of customer account information.
- Monitoring of refunds into the payment system and flowing to responsible action officers.
- Support the provision of exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and conducting investigations as appropriate.
- Experience with outbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent project administration and organisation skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with proven ability to handle financial administration particularly in refunds and account management.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
