**SEA Gas**

SEA Gas own and operate the high pressure natural gas pipeline system connecting Port Campbell, Mortlake and Adelaide. SEA Gas is a partnership owned by both APA Group, an ASX top 50 company, and Rest, an industry superannuation fund with over 2,000,000 members.

Approximately 50% of Adelaide’s natural gas energy needs are delivered by SEA Gas.

**The Opportunity**

Based in Adelaide, SEA Gas seek to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be accountable for managing and overseeing the end-to end financial, accounting, corporate and company secretarial aspects of SEA Gas’ business.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with bankers, owner representatives and government agencies, this position is accountable for the following functions:

- Leadership
- Financial Management
- Procurement
- Secretariat
- Enterprise Risk & Legal
- Treasury
- Economic Regulation Support

**About You**

You will be a strategic and established CFO with a passion for building and working in an inclusive workplace culture. While direct industry experience is not essential you will have a strong understanding of the business and experience working in a similar environment managing relationships with bankers, M&A, money markets and debt structures.
