The Star are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Analyst to ensure that the performance obligations of Casinos systems and infrastructure are met. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and/or optimising network infrastructure, network software and communication links.

**Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to**:

- Generate and compile reports based on their findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems availability and performance issues
- Resolve systems malfunctions and also make appropriate recommendations in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems and infrastructure investments
- Support Development staff, Technical and Operations Analysts, and end users to define systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues
- Deploy and maintain firewalls, load balances, and all network security activities

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven exposure to Cisco Network solutions
- Previous exposure to Network load balancing technologies
- Experience with Network Security services and Network based cloud solutions
- Strong technical knowledge of network, PC and platform operating systems and associated hardware infrastructure within an Palo Alto, Cisco, Citrix, Microsoft Windows and/or UNIX operations environment
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required
