Technical Business Analyst

This long-term contract role will see you work closely with SMEs, architects, project managers, and external vendors to capture and translate technical and business requirements into practical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESElicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements Translate business needs into solution and integration requirements Develop user stories, use cases, process maps, and other key artefacts Support UAT and SIT, including test strategies, traceability, and defect management Facilitate workshops and interviews across technical and business units Maintain documentation aligned to governance and project milestones SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEProven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on infrastructure or ICT transformation programs Strong understanding of SDLC, system integration, and technical documentation Experience in service transition, vendor handover, or managed services environments Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar BENEFITSHigh-profile project within a large-scale transformation Hybrid working flexibility (Brisbane-based)Supportive, collaborative team culture Potential for extension beyond initial contract To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Jack Mc Dougall 07 3339 5611 or email: jmcdougall@paxus.com.au and quote the above job reference number.
