The SAP S/Hana Payroll Technical Analyst (BA) will be responsible for supporting the design, build and deployment through utilisation of SAP Activate Methodology.
Responsible for the identification and analysis of all aspects of the S/4HANA Finance process, functional, data migration and integration scope; supporting the overall deployment of the solution.
Role title:SAP S/4HANA Payroll Technical Analyst (BA)
Duration: 16 Months+ likely extension
Location:Brisbane CBD (Hybrid work)
Required Skills:
Experience supporting change impact assessments for large-scale ERP programs in Corporate Finance or Treasury contexts
Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and management, particularly across Finance, Treasury, and IT functions
Solid understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Actuals, Planning, and Budgeting cycles
Exposure to or knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP BPC (desirable but not essential)
Strong capability in benefits and outcomes traceability, linking business objectives through process change to detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, impact analysis, and process mapping across multiple stakeholder groups.
Comfortable translating technical and functional designs into business impact narratives and supporting change communication strategies.
Demonstrated strategic and operational delivery skills directed at meeting or exceeding customer expectations and optimising business outcomes.
Proven ability to maintain a clear focus on customer business objectives, to understand the customer's strategic goals and translate these into credible outcomes for all stakeholders.
