**YOUR ROLE**
We have a full-time permanent opportunity to become a key member of our Workers Compensation & Underwriting Business Unit based in West Perth. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative service and support to the Workers Compensation & Underwriting Business Unit and its customers, to ensure high service levels are delivered and maintained.
Your daily tasks include but not restricted to:
- Workcover Online Portal data entry
- Mailbox Management
- Incoming phone calls (Direct, transfer and/or assist when possible to customers)
- Work closely with & provide support to offshore team
- Provide support to the Claims and Underwriting teams as required
- Quality Control Audits
- Initial Notification claim management
- Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims lodgement
- EFT information data entry
- Reporting
- Excel Spreadsheet management
- Debt recovery management
- Claims system data entry
- Photo Copying
- Record Data management
- Catering
- Couriers
This role offers hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after training. You will be required to attend office regularly during 4-week training period.
**Please note**: To work from home, you will need high speed internet connection and a private home office set up.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
- Strong and consistent data management skills
- Strong customer focus including well developed customer service skills
- High level of communication (verbal & written) in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop successful working relationships with stakeholders and other team members.
- Good attention to detail
- HSC or equivalent
