New greenfield Advanced Water Recycling Centre and associated infrastructure which will provide wastewater services and recycled water for the Aerotropolis, Western Sydney Airport and Southwest Growth Areas.

The project will include the Design, Construction and 10yr Operation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant and an Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant, which will produce:

- High-quality treated water suitable for recycling & environmental flows to an ultimate capacity of 70ML/d
- Biosolids suitable for beneficial reuse
- A new 25km pipeline from the AWRC to Sydney Water’s existing wastewater system to discharge brine.
- A new 16km pipeline from the AWRC to the Nepean River, to release excess treated water.

**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced Procurement Coordinator to play a key role in the design/planning phase as well as project delivery. Reporting into the Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible providing assistance across the procurement function of the project. This position will support in procurement administration and coordination, as well as building effective relationships with key stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for setting up procurement schedules that are developed and up to date through the project lifecycle
- Identify all potential subcontractors and supplies using market research
- Manage any clarifications from external stakeholders
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders to build successful relationships
- Prepare and Manage the Procurement Management Plan
- Prepare and issue correspondence with subcontractors including contribution and unsuccessful letters
- Liaise with estimating/ construction team to ensure that procurement documents are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure that quotes come back in a timely manner

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or other related field
- Construction or similar industry experience
- A minimum of 12 months experience working within the Construction industry in a procurement or relevant position
