We are looking for a self-motivated Administration Coordinator to join our fabulous Villa Maria Residential Aged Care home in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane CBD.

The Administration Coordinator provides a high level of customer service and administrative support to employees, residents, visitors and guests within the home.

**_ To be successful in this role you will ideally have:_**
- An enthusiastic “Can Do” attitude is essential
- Strong planning and organising skills with a high attention to detail
- A passion to deliver quality customer service
- Exceptional verbal and listening skills are essential as this role
- An excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, and be involved in ongoing training
- Sound interpersonal skills, reliability, and honesty
- Ability to work independently or as part of a busy dedicated team
- Previous scheduling experience using Time Target would be an advantage
- COVID vaccination x 3
- NDIS check or willing to obtain
