Our client, a leading architectural design firm, is seeking an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their Corrections Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative or data-entry experience who enjoys supporting others, managing details, and keeping operations running smoothly. No architectural experience is required.

About the Role

In this varied and fast-paced position, you will play an important support role across the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing accurate and professional meeting minutes
  • Preparing agendas, coordinating meeting invites, and maintaining schedules
  • Assisting the leadership team with travel arrangements
  • Supporting document control and ensuring information is well organised and up to date

You will be working closely with a friendly and collaborative team, contributing to the efficiency of important projects and internal processes.
