We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join our team at ERVA Nail Salon. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving growth across various channels.

Hours will vary between 5-10 hours per week depending on need.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the salon's objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the founder to plan and execute promotions and campaigns.
- Conduct regular audits of the website to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a social media manager or content creator, preferably in the beauty industry. A passion for the wellness space is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking and reporting on social media performance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
