With the growing success of our social responsibility and sustainability strategy and our customer ethos, we are expanding the team and looking for a Social Responsibility Coordinator to come onboard to focus their passion into ethical and sustainable scouring. The role will report into our Social Responsibilities Program Manager and will be crucial in delivering our sustainability agenda, through key initiatives, customer engagement and regulatory compliance.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Develop two-way social compliance requirements with suppliers
- Onboard new suppliers inline with social compliance requirements
- Schedule & review audits, and create action plans with suppliers
- Develop methodology to monitor our modern slavery progress in factories
- Improve supply chain mapping and traceability
- Source suppliers which align with our growing sustainable assortment & support existing supplier base to upskill
- Assess and validate supplier claims around sustainability
- Ensure suppliers are supported with clear direction regarding product sustainability, including how to design products that support our targets
- Assist to build our biodiversity and animal welfare projects
- Support product-driven community involvement, such as artist collabs
- Own and drive relationships with external partners and internal teams

**Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 years experience in social responsibility, with a general understanding of both the social and environmental domain
- Education in sustainability, ethical sourcing or similar
- Familiarity with environmental and social certifications
- Deeply passionate about sustainable fashion
- Experience developing and innovating with new materials preferred
- Experience with waste reduction in design and development preferred
