Creative Videographer/photographer and Social Media Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and creative Videographer/Photographer and social media manager to join our partner company Oneway Boulevard, to help elevate our visual storytelling across various platforms.

**The Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and creative Videographer/Photographer who is eager to capture dynamic visual content for our brand. This role involves capturing high-quality photos and videos of our ongoing and completed projects, as well as behind-the-scenes footage that highlights our team in action, construction progress, and onsite culture. You will be responsible for managing and curating content for our social media channels, website, and portfolio, with professional camera equipment provided.

In addition to documenting our retail and hospitality fitouts, this position will grow along side Oneway Boulevard to also include an exciting component of music video production and live gig photography, offering diversity in the type of content you will create.

This will start as a part time position, but Oneway Boulevard is rapidly growing and expanding so we are looking for someone driven and hungry to really push this forward. We are open to juniors/students also that will grow alongside the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of construction progress, completed fitout projects, and behind-the-scenes team activities.
- Produce content that emphasises brand awareness, team culture, and project milestones.
- Create engaging and visually stunning content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including posts, stories, and reels.
- Develop and update our website and portfolio with fresh, polished visual content.
- Edit and post-produce all photo and video content, ensuring a high standard of quality.
- Manage and curate social media channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.
- Capture and produce music videos and live gig content, adding diversity to your portfolio.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in photography, videography, and social media strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.

**Required Software Skills**:

- Final Cut Pro
- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

**Equipment We Provide**:

- **Canon R6** for high-quality photography
- **Canon R5C** for professional videography
- **GoPro** for action shots and dynamic content
- **Assorted Godox lighting setup** for optimal lighting in all environments
- Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, ideally in the construction, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Proficiency in using professional camera equipment and editing software.
- A creative mindset with the ability to tell a compelling visual story.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, visual aesthetics, and audience engagement.
- Experience in music video production and live event photography is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A flexible attitude, able to adapt to different project requirements and work environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Drivers liscence and own mode of transport

Pay: $23.23 - $38.00 per hour
